p1605 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on p1605. Owning multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, active phone number, email address, and any other details requested by the system. False or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended without prior notice.

Account Security Responsibilities

Keep your password secure and never share it with anyone.
Log out from all devices once your session is complete.
Report any suspicious activity to the p1605 support team immediately.
Use an email address and phone number that only you have access to.

Identity Verification

P1605 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a national ID or passport at any stage of platform use, particularly prior to processing large withdrawals. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

3. User Responsibilities & Rules

As a p1605 platform user, you agree to use our services responsibly and to comply with all rules set out herein. Using this platform for illegal purposes, fraud, or any activity that harms other users is strictly prohibited.

The following are strictly prohibited on the p1605 platform:

Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to access or manipulate the platform;

4. Payments & Transactions in MYR

All transactions on the p1605 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include FPX, local bank transfers, and other electronic methods listed on the deposit page within your account.

Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

Minimum deposit: Depends on the payment method selected, typically starting from RM 20.
Minimum withdrawal: Typically RM 50 per transaction, subject to completed account verification.
Deposit processing time: FPX and electronic methods are processed instantly or within 30 minutes.
Withdrawal processing time: Between 1 to 3 business days, depending on the method selected.
Additional verification: Withdrawals exceeding certain limits require identity verification before they can be processed.

P1605 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 14 days of the transaction date.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

Account Suspension and Closure

A user is found to be operating multiple accounts;
Failure to provide identity verification documents when requested;
Account inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.

In the event of account closure due to a breach, balances linked to activities that violate our terms may be forfeited. For closures requested by the user, any legitimate real-money balance will be refunded upon completion of the review.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
